The Hamptons Apartment Homes Greystar Property Management MIG Real Estate Not what it appears to be Lakewood CO
Not a nice place to live. Management is nice but unable to answer the phone, return calls, follow through with promises. Can’t believe they don’t shovel snow and remove ice in any significant way. It’s like a 13yr old did it. Dogs crap all over grounds. A fair numberof dog owners allowed to live here are low life's who don’t care about community they live....they stand there, watch the dog crap, and then walk away without picking up. Units are nice open size, its not cheap here. Should have leased at other nicer place saw nearby for same price. They don’t seem to be able to run this place. last 6 months they sending notices their understaffed and we need yo be patient when contacting office. This Greystar company running the place doesn’t seem to give their people enough staff. And difficult to believe recent good google reviews on this place...when bad review shows up, a new written great one shows up. Only another 4 months on lease...then adios.
