the Meadows mobile home park owner, w/out my permission, leased to and collected my rent money's to/from the 'managers son' who then destroyed it, park says I abandoned. Colorado Springs Colorado
My mom passed away and I was new title holder, I had someone move in so it would not be empty after my son was unable to stay there any longer after losing his job. These people moved in, followed protocol to be approved to live there. all was well never heard another word. a neighbor called me recently and told me the original people moved a long time ago and new ones moved in. people I did not know or approve. people they collected my rent money from along with their lot rent I'm sure. these people I now have learned was a manager's kid. this kid defaulted in lot rent, was evicted, destroyed my home. this park now speaks to me as if I'm the one that has been hiding while all along that were hiding their shady practices are now accusing me of abandonment. rude, arragont, obnoxious property management is trying to flip this around and make it as if I am to blame. telling me they applied for list title when they had no legal right to apply for a list title as they've had all of my information short of my personal new cell number. emergency contacts the whole nine! these people pray on property. waiting for one instance to slither in and try and take over. it's disgusting! it's preditory and it's the most unethical group of business owners I've ever seen. it's outrageous their conduct, business practice and values. they must be stopped. so in short, not only have they feloniously collected rent on property that was not legally theirs they've allowed a complete stranger into my home and let them destroyed it and are now trying to steal it from me. unbelievable!
