As a customer, you expect to be treated ETHICALLY! This is something that The Mobile Solution knows nothing about. From top to bottom we are a bunch of nepotisic, crooked thieves. Just because a sales rep is on commission, does not mean that he/she can sell people the wrong plans and deny returns! When are we gonna get it? There are ten evil people to every one person with talent and integrity at TMS. T-Mobile knows it, the mall developers know it, and soon, every potential customer will know it. We are a pathetic company. If someone really wants to stop us, just call your local labor commission and ask them to audit the local TMS offices around the country. What they would find is a lack of documentation in every corner as well as unjustified commission deductions to over 1000 people a month. TMS would crumble inside 90 days if one person in every state did so. Also, can anyone at TMS provide proof of hours worked for any employee whatsoever besides what our 19 year old secrataries write down on a spreadsheet with no supervision before they bang their 21 year old regionals and 23 year old market directors? Does anyone look over regional managers' work before they send in envelopes full of contracts to corporate that result loss of commissions to the sales reps and managers? Does anyone supervise the brothel of payroll girls that review the contracts? Does anyone care that hundreds of handsets and thousands of dollars in cash go missing every month? Finally, TMS has nearly a 40% employee attrition rate EVERY MONTH! THAT'S JUST FUNNY! Everytime a rep, manager, or regional tells me that his/her check is messed up, I have to tell them, "You work for TMS. You should just expect it."

Keith, If you had no use for 2 phones, why would you buy 2 phones? And that sales rep is on commission, so that is not the person to go to for cancellation and refund. The person you dealt with was not a real T-Mobile employee, they were only an authorized reseller. You should have immediately called T-Mobile customer service and requested cancellation. There would have been no problem. Impulse buying is always a mistake. Never buy on the spot. Always go home and think about it. The deal will still be there tomorrow.

you signed up for a plan and waited to check rate plans? Would you buy a car then wait to get home look it over? You also have two weeks to return any phone without being charged the 250 restocking fee, so if it was returned within two weeks they can not charge you anything except the pro rate of your plan. If you waited to weeks to return it, thats your fault don't blame somebody else. Why would you sign anything without reading it? is that the mobile solutions fault too?
