WOW... never imagined this would happen sitting at home ! i did not have to drive out to AZ mills... wait for their reps to assist me.. wait for them to SHOW UP ! i guess the threatening mail that carried the info about filing a report here worked ! i got every penny i paid them... back. so well THEY ARE NOT FRAUDSTERS BUT... .... they are VERY bad with processing refunds and returns. I went to work late TWO days.. just so i can give the phone back ! and waited 4 hours at their kiosk for the manager "Daniel" to show up, when he was to be at work at 9 am.

So I take a shot at emailing them.. they get back to me ! maybe the mention of rip off report does the trick here.. lets wait and watch, if i get the report. But my credit card numbers have changed, I asked them for a chek, but the card company says refunds will come thru on the old card too.. noworries.
