Happy December 30th-I call for my weekly headache with MCI, and now my bill has grown by $8.00 They ask me to wait ANOTHER 30 days for them to research something, even though they have numerous copies of our cancelled checks. This is the worst example of business, customer service, follow up, etc. At least they weren't rude today.....not helpful either. Will try again mid-January. My advise - do NOT deal with The Neighborhood unless you want to spend hours on the phone with people who are either unable or unwilling to actually HELP a customer.
