Chinese Junk, Low End Jewelry that contains Lead amd Mercury it made me sick and turned my neck and arm green, The Oriental Arts & Crafts aka www.theorientalartscrafts.com is a huge rip off, their Jewelry and Pottery is full of Lead and Mercury, they have no Return Policy, no Phone Number on their website to contact anyone, I got their number from the Better Business Bureau.
The Oriental Arts & Crafts aka www.theorientalartscrafts.com says it would take 7-10 days to receive my products but it took 3 weeks, they do not have anything in stock and when you place your order, The Oriental Arts & Crafts aka
www.theorientalartscrafts.com orders the merchandise direct from China and you have to wait until it gets to the U.S. and then shipped to you. Terrible way to do business!! Non Existent Customer Service. The Oriental Arts & Crafts aka www. theorientalartscrafts.com is selling Chinese Junk Jewelry and Pottery that is harmful to your health due to the high amount of Mercury and Lead, scamming people, ripping them off, refusing to accept returns on their Low End Merchandise and never answers the phone that is not displayed on their website but I had to get through the BBB.
