THE PUPPY STORE BAD PUPPY PURCHASE Washington Utah
I purchased a puppie for $800 March 2018. I was told the puppy was full grown by the sales person and the tech that care for the pets, he was like a vet assistant. I was told she was 2.5 pounds and fully grown. The puppy was 3 months old. The tec said this breed does not grow after 3 monthsIn November I went to the store, complained that she is now 8 pounds, 4 times the size, and was very large and long. The clerk showed me pictures of the parents, I said, no one showed these to me when I purchaed my puppy, and that if I has seen the parents I would have know that the puppy would become larger. I wanted a small dog so I could travel and hold it shopping, etc.I asked the clerk to have the owner call me, and it's been a week and no call.I feel that they miss led me into this purchase. The parents pictures disappointed me. The male was a very large poodle mix and looked to weigh at least 15-20 pounds and was a light brown color, and the mother was a medium size maltipoo, looked like she weighed about 10 pounds and she was white.
Be careful purchasing puppies from dealers. Make sure you look at the parents pictures. If they state something write it down and have them initial it. Take pictures of the parents pictures, this way you have proof of the parents. Also, this puppy had surgery prior to the purchase for a hernia, and that was not disclosed. Beware of The Puppy Store in St George, Utah. It's just a money thing to them, and they do not care if you are satisfied or not.No phone return indicates to me bad ownership and management. Beware of any purchase of puppies.
