I would just like too say i have bought 8 oceanaught watches with no problems at all I have had my baltica independently valued at a lot more than I paid for it.
also I found customer services were very helpful and one watch I didn't like they refunded no problem.
This is based on my dealings with the company, and I will continue to buy from them with no reservations at all.
One happy customer.

As a matter of fact, he is not hiding! He broadcasts from one of the most populated cities in the Country, Los Angeles Cal. If you had a problem with the watch's funcionality, you should have emailed the owner of the channel in which you ordered from, or at least the lower management! And Oeacenaut are most certainly NOT made in China, so i cant explain why there is a made in China sticker on YOUR product. Dont haul off and blame Ronald McDonald if your double cheesburger is without a bun, you blame MANAGEMENT and let them deal with the pecking order. Furthermore, I have not been exposed to ANY foulplay or fraudulent activity WHATSOEVER in my time at V Channel, and in fact, we go to great lengths to enshure QUALITY, and supreme CUSTOMER SERVICE to all of our faithful customers. And our bottomline reflects just that!

I will respond only by saying that Oceanaut is a superior quality time piece that is made only of the finest materials and componentry and in fact is Swiss Made using all Swiss Movements. Oceanaut is not routinely sold on television anymore however once in a while you can still catch a few close outs or special deals. If in fact you received a defective or broken watch, you should first contact the retailer that you purchaed it from. If they cannot help you, then your Oceanaut, Seapro and or Christian Van Sant watch is covered under a limited manufacturers warranty for 2 years. Simply call or email the contact on any of our corresponding websites ie; http://www.oceanautwatches.com http://www.seaprowatches.com or http://www.ChristianVanSant.com We will gladly address any and all service issues, complaints or requests. The Watch Commander sells all three of our lines along with several others. Trying to contact him or blaming him is like trying to blame the guy on the Sham Wow commercial if you get a decetive towel. He is just the messener. In addition, he is not shady nor hiding by any means. He is on television 5 nights a week for goodness sake, I would not call that hiding or running from anyone or anything. It's just silly and it seems your disappointment is misdirected. I will close in saying that we stand behind all of our products and in fact go over and above our legal responsibility to ensure the consumer is walking around with our watch on his wrist and not sitting in a box somewhere. We are here to help....you just have to give us a chance.

Most people make the assumption that if it is advertised its legitimate. ADVERTISEMENTS from the Federal Trade Commission website: The appearance of ads in media outlets that you recognize - like your local newspaper or radio station - is no guarantee of the legitimacy of the company behind the ad.
