Extortion
Purchased multiple items from this company. The last purchase was not as represented. As I used paypal for the purchase I requested a refund as the product did not work and was useless.Received a refund.
Themeforest then lock me out of my account.
I am unable to receive updates and support on my other pruchases.
themeforest has sold products to me that are now being held to ransom. They are request repayment of the refund for the bad product to release access to my previous purchases.
Extortion
Trying to force me to pay for something I did not receive to gain access previous purchases
Buyer beware.
