Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I was introduced to a store manager named Kimberly, that had only been at Things Rememebered for 2 months.  She was recruited by her good friend, and supervisor, Jeffrey, who worked with her for a while at Godiva Chocolate.  Right from the start, I could sense that there was going to be a personality conflict, because it seemed like nothing I could do, would please her.  One day, she told me to focus on the training on the engraving machines, and then later gave me constructive criticism that I was not greeting all customers within 10 seconds, which was frustrating to me; every time I turned to approach the customer, she greeted them first, so I did not want to be "over-bearing" to the customer, and retreated, since she had it covered, and there were 2 other girls just standing there picking their noses.  I just told myself to make the customers a priority the following day, to make her happy.....which it did not.  She told me that my sales, rewards club sales, and pwp sales were great, but now we were 1 day behind on training on engraving, so we needed to "kick it up a notch the following week".

That day, she counseled me on letting a 6-year-old girl that was about to pee her pants (and her mom begged me 3 times), on not to let them into the bathroom.  I explained how much I really hated to do that, but I didn't know what to do, and I told the customer that there were dangerous chemicals in the bathroom for children and that is why we don't normally do that, but that we would make an exeception this one time.  Also, on 3 different occasions, I had watched employees take customers back to the computer station, so I thought that was okay to do.  I did share, on occasion, a few personal details with my staff (trying to be friendly, and get to know my co-workers, but did not know that this would eventually be held against me).  Kimberly also only scheduled me for 40 hours, and told me every single day to clock in and out for a 30 minute lunch.....but when Saturday night came, and my hours were 39.25 for the week, she informed me that Jeffrey would be upset with that, and that managers usually did not ever take breaks at Things Remembered; they just keep working all day long without a break, and eat their meal in between waiting on customers, because usually they are alone in the store, and there is no one to releive them for a break.  So the next day, I did not take a break, and she seemed to be upset with that....  I just couldn't please this girl!!!  And she always re-assured me that I was doing a great job, and that I should just expect to make mistakes in my first week, and the last day I worked, as I was leaving, she told me that I did a good job that day....And the next day I came in, she fired me for unsatisfactory work performance-- after 6 days with the company.  I'm thinking about filing a wrongful termination lawsuit.  Much of what she wrote down on my termination notice, I can prove that she did the same, or that she is lying about what she is saying about me. I just think she didn't like me.  How can I know everything after 6 days?
