Thomas Dodge ripoff bogus unneeded repairs and sabotage Highland Indiana
These peaple took my money,for repairs thats not completed,scratched my truck,lied to me about needing repairs,and charged me a differant price than what they orriginally stated to me.
They are one of the most crooked places that i have ever dealt with.these peaple will lie to you ,and when you call them out, they will lie to you again.There are lots of complaints about them on file at indiana attourney generals office.
The extended service contract has to have peaple come out and double check the mechanics, like they are little kids they have to be babysat.Otherwise this place will goudge them too,the way they tried to do me,and when they didnt get me they kept my truck for a week.and they just added on to the repair bill.
I was told my truck was not leaking fluid but that it was seeping fluid.To me thats the same thing.Its really a sad day in this great country we live in,when big buisnesses have to rob the working man,and they get away with it.
