Do not buy tickets from ticketmaster online. It automatically signs you up for Entertainment Rewards, which is the parent company for ticketmaster. Entertainment Rewards then charges you $7.00 a month fee for their service, however you never will see emails from them. Also, you must call and cancel your membership, the number to call to cancel is 866-364-1333, they are located in Michigan, but the corporate office for Ticketmaster is located in Virginia Beach, VA.

When I called they refunded my money for the current month, that they charged me for yesterday, but when I asked for a refund from March 21st, they told me I messed up and signed up for this service and they will not refund my money for the other months. I called my bank and disputed the charges, but the bank will only refund my money for up to 60 days, so therefore, I am still out money!

I am writing a nasty letter to Ticketmaster and I will never do business with them again and I will make sure that everyone I know doesn't do business with them. The customer service people at Entertainment rewards are RUDE, will not let you talk to management, and they will not give you the Ticketmaster corporate office phone number, neither will ticketmaster customer service. The corporate office address for Ticketmaster is:

Ticketmaster

Attn: Customer Support

4445 Corporation Lane

Virgnia Beach, VA 23462

Listed below are the corporate bigwigs for ticketmaster.

Terry Barnes- Chairperson

John Pleasants - President and CEO

Susan Bracey - CFO

Sean Moriarty - COO

Edward J. Weiss - Exec. VP (general counsel)

David Goldberg - Exec. VP of Strategy and Business Development

First and foremost this is going to be a rebuttal to all of these reports. 1. We are not telemarketers that would imply that we call you and the customer actually calls us. 2. In NO way shape or form do we make anywhere near 15.00 an hour. 3. If you use ticketmaster they are not our parent company IAC is which is not owned or operated by Ticketmaster. 4. Entertainment rewards is offered on many other websites and they are called "Parterner" or "Affilliates" . 5. Ticketmaster chose to offer this to there customers and the format that it is offered. 6. To get a refund or credit simply either contact your bank within 60 days to dispute the charges, or be call the 800 number listed on your bill and POLITLY ask twice, DO NOT get rude with the customer service rep. They are only doing there job to pay there bills. 7. They only have the ability to issue a one time courtesy credit unless otherwise noted. 8. If you did take advantage of the program and printed even one coupon do not even ask for a refund you will not get it. Because by you printing that further insure that you knew of the service. 9. Again when calling keep certain things in mind you get more bees with honey than you do with milk, and that these people are only trying to do there jobs. 10. Imagine getting screamed at at least 150 times a day when you know how these people get signed up and that the simple fact is the information that is provided is just not read. 11. Learn your lesson which should be to READ EVERYTHING you are entering in your email to. 12. Do not assume that it is harmless. 13. Again everything that is provided such as the information to sign up and that you will be charged is provided it is because ITS THE LAW as well as the emails to remind you of the service because they are LEGALLY bound to send them. Weither you the consumer read these or just delete them thinking they are junk mail they are sent. 14. Again be POLITE and I BET you will get at least 1 month back. Also heres another hint all of the supervisors who give the permission to refund know about RIP OFF REPORT.com and if you mention the website you WILL NEVER see that money. They will fight tooth and nail against giving any money back. 15. I can't seem to stress it enough Do not swear at your rep, DO NOT yell at your customer service person and DO NOT Threaten them or call them names it is not going to work and they CAN and WILL hang up on you. Please keep these tips in mind when calling so that they can and will better assist you.
