We ordered an Acer modem that was highly recommended, but we learned rather quickly that it was on backorder (we received an email from their company).  During the interim (6 months), we never received it, but we were charged for it ($78.60) nonetheless. After contacting them several time, they were extremely uncooperative, rude (incredulous that I contacted them after 6 months), and poorly communicative on how to rectify this situation.  Needless to say, I contacted Discover, who immediately credited us the sale with perfect aplomb, high customer respect, and kindness.  I will NEVER buy from TigerDirect again.
