A month has passed and no response from tigerDirect or OnRebate. I have sent 2 emails to Michael Toupin, Customer Service Manager at TigerDirect. As of this date no response from him. And he is the manager of Customer Service. Daniel DeJesus and Nadina Urdaneta also do not respond to email. the no response attitude of the group makes it clear that TigerDire and OnRebate have a corporate idealogy of refusing to honor most rebates. I did receive 1 or the 3 I was entitled to. I think tigerDirect feels that most people will let it go if they receive something. NOT ME. I now have a personal goal to get my rebates and hopefully bring as much trouble as I can towards this corporation. This being said I am calling the Boca Ratan Police department and see if they will take a report over the phone for Theft by Deception and Deceptive Sales practices. I am also filling out a complaint with the Florida att. General. I am also filing a complaint with the CT. Att. General and the Postal Service. TigerDirect mails out their catalog using the USPS. They will take complaints against TigerDirect. Customers should look at online ads from NewEgg.com. Items sold with rebates are clearly identified with before and after rebate prices. TigerDirect does not do this. This is in violation of Connecticut law. I hope that CT will seek damages against this corp. I encouage everyone who has been cheated by the company to not just give up. File complaints with any and all that you can think of. America does not need companies like this. TigerDirect makes me feel that Harry Truman may have had the right plan all along.

Dd not really have any update info on my issue with these guys. I have been told by DeJesus (Onrebate)that the originally approved rebate will be mailed soon. I had a system generated email on July 3rd that stated this rebate was being processed. DeJesus also stated that the rebate origianally denied will be mailed in 8-10 weeks. What this means is I will haved waited over 5 months for a rebate I should have received in 8 weeks. This is assuming I will get both rebates owed to me. What is of interest is the more I found out about this organization (SOYO NA, TigerDirect, OnRate and Systemax) the more they amaze me. How can they still be in business. Soyo, tigerDirect and Systemax all do the same rebate ripoff. Apparently Systemax sells reallly crappy products and OnRate finishes up by rippinfoff the promised rebates. As consumers we should complain to the FTC, The postal service, the state att. general and I personally will be writing the IRS wondering if the unpaid rebates are being report as income on the corp. tax returns. DO NOT UP, make as much noise as you can.

I received an email from Daniel DeJesus on Mon 07/24/2006 saying my denied rebate would be processed within 24 to 48 hrs. I do not know if that means I will receive the check from Onrebate. On July 03, 2006 I received a system generated e-mail stating that the 2nd approved rebate be being processed. I had 1 $40 rebate which I got. I had a $35 rebate approved and I still do not have it. I mentioned this in a reply to Daniel DeJesus but got no respone. They may try the we mailed it, and you never got it? too bad! I will see if either of the two rebates owed to me show up. I mailed my rebated claims in early May 2006. Enough time and BS has passed to last a lifetime. I will keep RipOffRreport updated.
