Complaint Review: Tim Cheuvront Tvc-marketingllc - Fort Worth Texas

Description of how you were defrauded:

Well I first bought a program called the Internet Marketing Bootcamp which also stated that it had a Guarantee.

The guarantee with this program was that if i followed the steps outlined and show proof that I have tried to the program i would not only get my initial deposit of $49.95 back but also $200. cash just for trying.

I'm not so worried about that part of the money, but after about 3 or 4 months I was contacted by Tim cheuvront about a business package that would help me with the Interne Marketing Bootcamp package since I hadn't had any success.

This package was supposed to be for the people who didn't have the time or just couldn't seem to get their business off the ground. This package stated that he would walk you step by step until you got your business up and running earning money. It also states that he would conduct a "just ask" Campaign, which was supposed to tell you what the people were interested in buying.

Then he would build your web page, sales page, download page and thank you page, making this system automated. But the only thing I recieved was the "just ask" campaign and then he told me to write an e-book, which he was supposed to supply references for me to get my information, that didn't happen. I had to do all the research myself and try to write an e-book to sell, which was almost complete when the responses to

my e-mails stopped. I have sent approx 30 e-mails to Tim Cheuvront and tvc-marketing.com, with only one response in the past 2 months.

The response I recieved was from a person named Sharon ReynoldsExecutive Assistant TVC Marketing Inc. which stated "Hello Phil,

Mr. Cheuvront is in Europe on business and is scheduled to return later this week. I'll add your message to the list of people to contact upon his return." this response I received on 01/24/2005 that was after i had sent 25 e-mails with no response to Tim Cheuvronts e-mail addresses and tvc-marketing.

I have since sent 17 more e-mails with no response and they come back after a few weeks as "not read".

I have tried calling the phone number I have for Him, but it's disconnectd and I can get no response from tvc-marketing either, which in a couple of Tim Cheuvronts advertisements it states that he is the CEO of tvc-marketing.

The Guarantee that came with this business package states " Our Promise to you: If you don't make DOUBLE your money back within two months... We will give you TWICE what you've paid for your package.

No questions asked...no excuses! Show me any investment opportunity where you can double your money back in 60 days or less... and I'll triple your money back!."

I really wasn't worried about the guarantee of the double my money back, I was actually just wanting him to do what was promised in the business package and get my business going!!! I even e-mailed tvc-marketing and asked them if someone else could finish the services that were promised to me, but I never recieved a response.

UPDate: I did recieve a response from tvc-marketing stating that they would finish what Tim Cheuvront had started. They just wanted me to let them know where he had stopped, because they said they could not find any record of him doing anything with my package. I informed them what we were working on and I recieved one more response that said "Tim Cheuvront was no longer affiliated with tvc-marketing and they would soon be contacting me on my business package. Well needless to say I have not heard from them in almost a year.

This was the last e-mail recieved from Tvc-marketing.com

Effective January 2, 2005 Tim Cheuvront is no longer associated with, or employed by the corporation.

Tim has stepped down due to ongoing health concerns.

We will continue to operate and oversee all client sites

and projects as per your legally binding agreement with

us. Please be patient. We can only complete your project

if we hear from you in a timely manner.

Most projects will proceed as agreed. You are still legally bound by your non disclosure agreement. And we will enforce our rights and agreements as stated in such.

NOTE:I have sent at least 20-30 more emails with all of my information to tvc-marketing, but I have not even recieved a response to any of them.

I did notice when I filed a complaint with the bbb of Texas that there were several complaints about the guarantee and them not standing behind it, but all the complaints stated not resolved and gave no names.

I reported this to the BBB of Texas, and www fraud.org, i will probably report this to the Attorney General office in Texas.

Only that Tim Cheuvront has about 4 e-mail addresses that i know of. I will post them here because there wasn't enough room earlier.
