I hope you have that "free tires for life" deal in writing. Otherwise, much like the magical shrinking interest rate, and 95% of whatever else came out of the reps mouth, its probably not true. Every time I hear a sad story like yours, it always features numerous references begining with "They told me...". They can promise to switch your car for a Rolls Royce if you don't like it, but if it's not in the contract you sign, it's not going to happen. Everybody listens to the pitch and then ignores what they are signing. It should be the other way around. In this example, Briandw probably has a copy of a signed loan agreement that makes no mention of an interest rate reduction. If that was truly what he was supposed to get, it would have been on the paper.
