I am very upset because I when to Tireplus on 02/11/2003 to get my rear brake done and I had to first pay for this that I am sure that was not need. Under the impression that The car was repaired I drove in for about 3 weeks then the rear brakes when out again. I took my car back and they stated that I had to have new cylinder and brake pad but i had to leave my car over nite. This was a big inconvienence because I had just left it there 3 weeks previous. When i went to pick up my car they would not give me any thing stating that they put new parts on. they totally refused. ON 04/24/2003 the brake when out for the third time and I had my children in the car and this could have been detrimental to our lifes. I called guest services to report the problem that I have had and this guy was the rudest of the rude. I also called and talk with a Ken and he was not very helpful with trying to resolve my problem. I agree to take my car back but decided at the last minute to take it somewhere else. I didnt feel very comfortable taking it back to Tireplus for the reason of my wanting my car not fixed or being retialated against and they sabotage something else in my car for me to fix. I took my car to a local mechanic friend of my Pastor's and he told me that a part (aduster) was currently missing from my left brake pad that this is what is causing all of the problems. This particle part has to be order is a dealer item and it takes 4 to 5 business to get. So I believe that these people didnt care that this part was missing and just decided that they would just put it together any kind of way. I am very upset first, I paid out too much money for things that I believe there was nothing wrong with but because the brakes was totally gone, I didn't have to opinion to take it somewhere else. Two got my car back the next very day and the part was not ordered which means that my car was not repaired correctly. Third then for the people to be so rude to me and not willing to help me resolve my issues. Thank you for your time Michele KANSAS CITY, Kansas
