My partners worked with this guy on potentially funding a project down in Florida, we had our doubts about him since he did not seem to really understand a lot of the terminology that he should have-every time direct questions were asked he would talk out of both sides of his mouth, not really professional but more double talk-from what I'm seeing with these postings I'm glad we never got in bed with this so called "funding expert" We ended up doing some due diligence on him and could not find 1 single group he funded-Our group is glad we did not send them the requested analysis fee-- all I can say is BUYER BEWARE !!!!

These prior postings mentioned as a form of corroberation are from one individual who was not a client.
Regarding Ed, we have no idea who he is and he states only that he did not like what we had to offer and he is glad he didnt work with our services. If in fact he was a real potential client, then most likely he was turnewd down by lenders we introduced and/or we turned him or his project down as we occasionally do. Ed does not deal with any specifics and only states he paid us nothing and didnt work with us. Earth shattering.
That is what we in the industry call sour grapes. However we have no record of an Ed from west Palm.
Further more we are not charging for our srevices and we are only paid on sucess-so it does not take a brain surgeon to figure out the risk of a scam or fake when operating on our own dime is rediculous.
FACT: In addition to my sources of Hedge fund owners and private lenders etc.... I have over twenty associates in the business that I work with daily who assist me and network with their lenders for the clients funding needs.The real client base we work with all know about our ability and our work to assist in locating lenders for various projects.
