Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
How many aliases can this guy come up with.  This guy is still deceiving people into going door to door for little or no pay.  College grads beware.  This company is a total scam.

It's only libel if it's untrue!

I worked with Steve when he was a lowly account manager, under Jason Braughler (Steve's promoting manager), another scammer you can find on the ripoff report if you search for his name. While I can't speak to the way Steve runs his office, I can tell you all the tricks of the trade that Jason taught to all his underlings.

The company is run like a big cult. There is chanting, bell ringing, gong banging. There is berating and condescension. You always feel like you don't add up. One week you'll make a thousand dollars, and everyone is your best friend. And the next week, you barely make enough to cover your gas mileage - which is ginormous. These companies thrive on their employees' guilt - guilt trips for all if you don't lead a meeting, if you don't take your crew on a "business trip", if you don't keep people on your team, if your sales suck even for only one day. Even as you're leaving the company, you feel guilty for letting the people on your team down, as it will take them longer to become owners themselves now - HA!

The reason Steve (i.e. Management) gets so defensive about ALL the negative posts about his company, by whatever name its presently known, is because he has nothing to fall back on. This pyramid scheme business model is the only one he knows, and if he is not successful, he knows no actual thing pertinent to running any other kind of business.

For all the ex-employees who Steve has scared into retracting your previous statements with threats of lawsuits, DO NOT BE INTIMIDATED! There are several ways a person must go about proving that libel has taken place. For example, in the United States, first, the person must prove that the statement was false. Second, the person must prove that the statement caused harm. Third, the person must prove that the statement was made without adequate research into the truthfulness of the statement. These steps are for an ordinary citizen.

So, if you are an ex-employee who is making true statements about what an awful business Steve runs, moneys that were not paid to you at your departure, or you are warning others not to waste their time with this non-profitable business model, you are not at all in peril of a libel lawsuit.

I find it funny that they have to threaten those who have to say anything bad about the compnay. That they will find you and press charges. That is usually a good sign of another scam. I did work for this compnay for awhile and all I can say is do your home work, and don't do it.

I dont want other people to fall for the same trap that i did. I am surprised they are still around, no matter how tuff the time are you will lose money working for this compnay. Good luck to all searching for a job.

This is not the place you want to start your career,

#4UPDATE Employee

It is unfortunate that this individual chose to defame a company that has grown from 5 employees to over 180 employees in the last 3 years. This firm does not do door to door residential sales and it never has.  It handles business accounts in the cellular industry and now offers base salary plus earnable commissions for new business accounts opened. We also offer weekly gas bonuses and other sales contests due to economic times.  All of our employees are college graduates that have earned positions. All of our employees are W2 employees that work directly for our Firm.

We will investigate this person who wrote this, and we want to remind them that online defamation is illegal and we can prosecute against them personally for libel. We know who wrote this, but we will not put  them down personally, but instead encourage them to not defame future companies online since they probably do not realize they impact it can have.
