Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I wanted to report on what a worthless company TMG is, or Summit, or First American or what ever else they call themselves.  I felt like a slimeball working there.  Everything about that company is shady.  I was told to lie.  I was told to instruct my reps to NOT allow the customer to read the contract.  I was told not to report an assault that happened to one of my reps out in the field.  It might be the most unethical company in America.  I'd like to see one worse.  I abondoned my job for the shear reason of not being able to like the person in the mirror.  I was reprimanded for not leaving at 4am to get to work at 8am during an ice storm.  Did they think I was going to wreck my car for their sorry asses?  I had a background check come back on one of my reps stating that he was a felon and he should be ternimnated.  I was instructed by my supervisor not to "worry" about it.  Okay, why do we do background checks? If you're out of work, broke, DEAD broke...selling your body for sex would be more ethical than accepting a job from Summit Merchant Solutions, Transtech or what ever else they call themselves.  Oh, the top manager at Summit, he instructed me on how to lie and cheat and make deals happen.  He's also a swinger.  What a guy.  The first time I met him he told me what he makes in a year.  My first thought, classy classy guy!!  Who does that?  Employees of Summit Merchant Solutions, TMG or whatever else the hell they call him.  Word of advice to all...DON'T WORK THERE!!

I found having been swindled by TransTech in the manner that the original post stated is far more accurate, than the rebuttal. If you want proof log into the BBB web site to see how many businesses have been ripped off by this company. Most of the posts on this web site about this company have been very accurate in their statements regarding shady, unethical, and in most cases fraudulant sales practices. I was told by the sales person that signed us up "that he couldn't leave the contract with me to read, as he only had one left", he also made promises that he knew full well he couldn't back up, and on top of it added charges to the contract, that were never agreed upon.

This posting from a former employee is so incredible, its difficult to know where to begin.

Its ludicrous to believe we order our employees to lie, or to not allow a customer to read the contract. In fact, the opposite is true: Merchants are required to review and sign the contract. They also sign an agreement saying that they understand the terms and conditions. No merchant in his or her right mind would sign a contract without being allowed to read it. We have a customer base of more than 100,000 businesses who would no doubt agree with that statement.

The idea that we purposely ignored the possible assault of a sales rep is a very serious allegation to be making, especially with no proof at all. The decision to file or not to file a criminal complaint is not to be taken lightly. It ultimately rests with the individual and local law enforcement, with no possible appearance of influence by the company.

The safety of our employees is extremely important. As with thousands of businesses nationwide, our employees are asked to report to work during extreme weather conditions as soon as conditions allow them to SAFELY do so, even if it means arriving considerably late. Without our employees, our ability to conduct business and to support more than 500 reps nationwide who cant make a living without the appropriate resources is compromised. The ripple effect is enormous, but employees are never asked to place themselves in jeopardy. Once roads have been treated, and conditions are deemed safe by local authorities, employees are asked to proceed with caution.

Thankfully, another of the allegations is more laughable that a top manager is a swinger. Its very imaginative, and theres no adequate way to answer it, except to say... What????

Ultimately, its just one more unbelievable rant.
