The original telesales person Barbara who said that she was with the company for many years was soon gone. I received a call from a new person Helen who continued to send us leads that were riddled with errors; when I told her she sent me a very few make up leads that were of equal poor quality. I received another telephone call this morning from yet another new rep who was trying to resell me all over again!! I guess they don't check their dissatisfied client file.

When I explained how dissatisfied I was the last time he explained that the company is now different and how they now pay a salary to their employees. How does this benefit me?? Does this mean I was sold by those who didn't care??

I offered him an opportunity to earn back the business by extending one month of lead to us @ no charge, Steve was not very interested in earning back my business; why should he TMI already was ahead $1000.00 of our money for 3 months of poor quality leads that they sent to us. I told Steve that if it were me I would have gone to may manager right away to satisfy a customer with the hope of reinstating the account. Steve did not see it that way.

If you receive a call from TMI Corporation the best thing to do is just hang up!!

TMI are not only dishonest but will resort to slander and character assignation

Let me state for the record that no assistance of any kind was offered to me by any member of TMI. Furthermore, with 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, I don't require sales tips. I don't sell anything I consult and propose solutions to complex telecom requirements. To address the allegation of an NSF chq's, TMI requests to be paid via credit card and I did just that on my American Express. Please see my email to TMI and their response when I cancelled the agreement. TMIleads.com office moving leads are lists of companies that plan on relocating within your metropolitan area. With these leads, you can follow up and sell your product or service to these businesses that are moving because when a company is moving, it will need several products and services to complete the relocation. TMIleads.com has been in business for seventeen years and we have many customers that have been using our leads for more than ten years. We offer our leads on a month-to-month basis, so there are no long term contracts. We guarantee that at least 90% of the companies on our list are moving. However, these leads are not "purchase orders". They require skill and persistance in following up. Jeff does not understand this. We even offered him our Free Sales Tips to help him to follow up sales leads. But he would not accept our help. He just kept blaming our leads -- the same leads that other companies were setting up appointments with. Also, some of his criticism was unusual. For example, he was not happy that there were no companies on our list that started with the letters "A" or "B". It became clear that Jeff was just looking for some "freebies".
