This is a BAD way of enforced unnecessary procedures over tooth restoration. This is not only my complain.
Extortion money is going by paying for consultation fees and following on procedures which aren't in line with actual patient needs. Very rude way on enforcement specific (profitable) work imposed to be done over essential services as per patient preference.
Dr Hoang practice is not professional and refusing services, based on pick-and-choose is unacceptable. They should rtn. the money they received if the service is not to their patient's expectation. Dr claims that she has nothing to do with pricing for procedures. Therefore internal communication is another issue.
billing is not fair and does not reflex older peoples needs.
