 Do not use tobacco general to purchase tobacco! They are a rip off! I tried to buy through them.. The purchase was declined saying 'declined by fraud services'. BUT, when I checked my bank account-they took the money!! And are holding it!! I called my bank and they say they can't do anything but file a fraud case..or the co would have to release it in their end! I called them! It was 5:45pm. I got their voicemail.. Saying they were closed and that they closed at 6pm central..well, I'm also 'central' and it wasn't 6pm yet! So I left a mssage-no call back by the way..that was 3 days ago... I called them again today! They can't be reached!! It kept saying I was the 1st caller in line and was next but then it pushed me to voicemail automatically!! You can't actually speak to a person!! So, I tried the 'live chat' deal they have now..that woman, Rachel, was NO help!! She tried telling me it was declined by fraud service dept(but couldn't give me their phone number..id have to try and search for them online and wouldn't give me their name or company name or ANY search info..) she said they weren't allowed to give out that depts number!!lol BUT IF I WANTD TO MAKE ANOTHER OUT HAS USING ANOTHER card I could! Uummm, NO! You already scammed me once! So, now, I am out tobacco, out money and now they have my bank card info!! Oh yippie!! They are crooks!! So not do business with them!!!! You've been warned! Don't be stupid and do it! You'll be sorry you did!!
