I just got off the phone for the last time with a "manager" from Tobustan. Her name is Nicole and she started off with a negative attitude. I had called weeks before (several times) in reference to a refund. The first manager I spoke to agreed to give me a refund if I sent the bottles back even if they were used. She even gave me a discount code. I did return them and Tobustan personnel kept giving me the run around. Needless to say, the "manager" is never available and representatives describe her hours are being "weird." How is a business suppose to have a good reputation when the manager can't be available during regular business hours? Nicole was rude and did not want to listen to me and said I was being inconvenient because I was taking up their time. What the? How rude!!! And the cherry on the cake... she hung up on me!
If you are thinking of purchasing their product, DON'T! I used the product for 5 months and followed a strict nutrition. NO CAFFEINE, ENOUGH SLEEP, EXERCISE, ETC... AND IT DIDN'T WORK!!!!!!!!! This is clearly a SCAM! They are rude and not willing to listen to you. SAFE YOURSELF FROM LOSING MONEY LIKE I DID.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
