Toby Bowen Insurance ripoff dishonest deceptive failure to pay commissions Hurst Texas
Mr. Bowen was my supervisor who trained me at Toby Bowen Insurance. As agreed, any product that was sold to my family was 100% mine. I sold two annuities to my grandmother, and 1 annuity and life insurance policy to my mother. I have only received a small percentage of the first annuity that I sold to my grandmother. He also lied about how much the commissions paid out. He said that they paid out 4% when they actually paid 8%. Total estimated commissions that are owed to me are a little over $10,000. I no longer work for Mr. Bowen and any attempts to collect on my commissions is not answered. He told me that he will give me $1000 to "just go away". In the meantime he is riding on my money buying be ticket items such as a car and flat screen tv. My family and I are very uspet about this whole thing. The only reason why they did business with Toby Bowen was so I could benefit financially. Toby Bowen is a professional con man who wholeheartedly believes his own lies. He can not be trusted. He should not be allowed to sell insurance in the state of Texas.
