Today's Mexico Rentals - Villa Trader Bognotti Industries SENT FAX TO OUR OFFICE OFFERING VACATION PACKAGE Cancun, New Mexico
Our office received a fax in November 2009 offering a vacation package of only $299.00 per person for a 6 night stay in one of their two resorts. All our boss had to do was sign a fax and send back. I talked to someone on the phone and gave them a credit card number. $1196.00 was charged on it. Just last week, January 28, we called this company to tell them we had not received anything back from them confirming our trip. I was told by Sheila in customer service that our package was not activated yet because the paper we sent back in November was not signed properly. I asked her why was the card charged. She always had an answer and made me feel like I was stupid. I and others in our office continually tried calling and speaking with Jason or Justin. They always had a reason why someone couldn't come to the phone and sometimes would hang up. The credit card company was called, but our boss was not able to get her money back. Thsi is definitely a BIG SCAM!! Wish the money could get credited back into the account. I don't see how in this world these people can't be stopped!!
