Tommy's Mobile K1 Mobile Low-rent, Low-brow, Scoundrel, Rip-off Con Artists North Richland Hills Texas
K1 Mobile Auto Body/Tommy Mobile/or whatever other name they come up with has to be one of the biggest, two-bit scam body shops in the DFW Metroplex. I first made contact with Paul Stephens (which I don't believe is his name.) He promised he was going to do right by me and all this crap which it was.
They dont like to return your calls and always make empty promises about how theyre going to help you out, like theyre doing you a favor. They kept my car for way longer than they needed to; they just plain didnt want to release it to me. They had it for 3 weeks and everytime I tried to get it, they said the paint was drying and it would definitely be ready in the morning. It was always talk to this person or that person or we'll return your call. I
Finally, I talked the supposed owner, Tommy Ephraim, who has the worst customer service skills in the world. He was very patronizing and condescending and acted like I was inconveniencing him. I had to drive from far N. Dallas to N. Richland HIlls on Sunday to pick up my car even though they're supposed to be a mobile service.
I had been trying to figure out why they didn't want to release my car until I picked it up and realized they had been driving it around. There were discarded food items, beverages, and filthy clothes and shoes. Now, I dont even have my remote to my car. I definitely want it back because I sure dont trust them. Basically, if you want to wait forever, be inconvenienced, lied to, patronized and belittled, give them a call!
