Complaint Review: Toni Transport / [email protected] - San Jose California

I found out about this company on ebay. Its supposely a familly run business. They do car transport service. They had on there ad that they would have me access with the truckers cell phone so that I could be awre where would my car be at and that it woul be picked up in the exact date they had on there ebay ad

This so called company never did the service I paid for. I originally paid then on the end of august by paypal and they never even got to New York, most likly, nver even left. So I said I wanted my money back.

Now they dont want to refund my money back. They supposely say I sighned a contract (which I never did) that they said it states that their allowed to deduct part of my money and delaying my refund for 40 days.

I dont even believe that they won't even refund my money back because of the next reason.

This is originally an email I sent to the owner wit copies of emails he sent before:

You guys were bsing me for more than a month and when I called here like

you said:

Please phone our office at 408-292-3891 for specific date and time for pickup or phone 408-592-7693 between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

The guy was just bsing too!

Like on the 22nd of sept., he told me the trucker name chris was coming back. Then, Supposely he got there on 23rd and that for sure he will leave the next two days and he will be over like in 5 days, Nothing happend. The next friday he said the same stuff and I even told him to call Aleks to let him know (you guys never even called Aleks once this whole time or responded when he

called so YOU KNOW YOU WERE Lieing THIS WHOLE TIME)YOU WILL BE THERE FOR SURE SO THE CAR WONT BE TOWED.( YOU EVEN SAID BEFORE THAT YOU WOULD PAID IF IT GOT TOWED)nOBODY GOT THERE AND WORSE! HE SAID HE HAD TOLD ME THAT THE TRUCKER WAS BARELY GOING TO LEAVE THAT DATE(WHICH IT WAS ABSOLUTELY THE OPPOSITE)AND HI WOUD CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW IF HE LEFT. WHICH I TOLD HIM THEN THAT IF THE CAR GOT TOWED THAT DAY ON FRIDAY THE 8 OF OCT., TO FORGET ALL ABOUT IT AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!SO THE CAR DID GET TOWED AND I CANCEL EVERYTHING AND THE TRUCKER NEVER LEFT!!!!!!!!

SO I WANT THE RST OF MY MONEY!!!!!!! AND THE NUMBER OF YOUR legal department. tHEY WONT CALL ME. YOU GUYS NEVER CALLED

They even said this when I was demanding my money back.

They just basicly lie to you since the bigining and im pretty sure they had done it to more people since they have been removed from ebay already.I think they are originally a body shop company. When I call there office, they always answer with "Volvo Works" I gues thats the companies name.

Stay away from truckers or brokers like these They made me loose $200 because my car got towed for them not picking it up. Now they dont want to refund my money and are saying I sighned a cotract which I never did.

If you guys have any sugestions of what I can do, please let me know.
