Top Moving And Storage Company Total ripoff overcharge and careless deceptive company Rochelle Park New Jersey
Just want to spread this to anyone who are planning to move and use a moving company. I had a very bad experience with this moving company located here in New Jersey. The name of the company is Top Moving and Storage and their website is www.njmove.com. They are located at 50 Essex Street #16, Rochelle Park, NJ 07662.
They promise so much over the phone, make you feel at ease that everything will be fine, and that you don't have to worry a single thing about your precious belongings. They overcharge and work slow, so you'll pay more since you'll be paying by the hour. Plus, they charge outrageously for travel time. Their online estimate is a total lie. They will not unload your stuff from their truck until you pay them.
It takes them forever to process your payment over the phone - while your time is running and you're still getting charge for that. If you still want to try them, please be with them everywhere they are. Most of my furniture got broken or scratched because of their carelessness. It was a nightmare! Spread this to anyone you know.
Don't let this moving company get another chance to fool somebody or anybody again!
