I have ordered overseas (to the USA) and received the item I ordered. I had a similar long delay with shipping and was concerned by the previous author's report that perhaps there was a scam involved. However, there was not. The item was posted on Nov 17 and arrived Dec 22 -- that is, it took 5 weeks! I was also in contact with Darren who provided a tracking number. The pacakage was sent AirSure which is supposed to be a faster service, but I think bad weather and customs contributed to the long delay. Top Slots n Trains is reputable, but I suggest asking them to use UPS or FedEx if speed and accurate tracking information matters. I would have paid more for more reliable service. Also, I didn't get the tracking number until I wrote a personal email. I think the web ordering could be improved to add that information automatically via email.
Regarding the tracking information available via RoyalMail, I noticed that it did not reflect the most recent information available on the American USPS website once the package was moving in the states. (The same number RJ*******GB works world-wide for tracking so you have to check UK and the destination country's postal system.) Furthermore, call the American postoffice and giving them the tracking number provided more information than available online. These are some lessons learned.
