Toshiba America information Systems Toshiba Warranty not honored Irving California
Wife and I purchased two computers from Toshiba. The screen went out on one of the computers and Toshiba is refusing to repair the computer despite the fact that it is under warranty. They claim the screen is cracked when in fact there are no cracks in the screenb.
