Complaint Review: TOSHIBA. - Irvine, Ca 92618 Internet

I bought a Toshiba laptop from TOSHIBA on line . I wanted a new , really recommended computer with a wide screen and good resolution. I chose TOSHIBA on line instead of Best Buy because they gave me a better deal . . Still I paid around $800 for it. I was so excited as mine had crashed a while back . I got it delivered & started to Acquaint myself with the workings of this new computer. I never really got anywhere . I was always telling my husband that I wanted to toss it off of a bridge .

I especially had trouble with Windows Live Mail It wasn't responding , not sending my mail , stuff was just a over All drag . I had a droid , then bought a IPad . So , basically the laptop stayed alone on a shelf . Why use this ? I thought it was me . And I didn't really care . Before I put it away though I found a page that had sample name to enter . It didn't say Jane Doe ... It sad Gabby Bloom . I thought , that's weird .. But figured it was just another weirdness about this stupid computer . I let it go . So , like over a year later , I go back on the lap top to do something that requires me to open a picture file or whatever !! I don't really remember .

So I clicked it on & it's a old middle Eastern or Mexican ( I don't really know) man masturbating with a white woman with him . Then he notices the camera is on him & it stops . GROSSS ... On my computer .... LOL. Then , just a bout 2 months ago I clicked on Windows Mail to see if I could get it to work . It went to another page like AOL or Yahoo with the tool bar at the top and the left side is mail options . I look up T the toolbar & it's a picture of breasts , no head or waist . Below the breasts it says ( you got it) Gabby Bloom!! Then I look at the mail side . It says contacts . I click on Contacts and down drops her whole address book!!! And her name is at the top ... Her email ( hot mail Address) Now , I'm flipped out ... Right?

So , I call TOSHIBA . The guy tells me that I'm over warranty & so he can't help Me . I'm losing my mind .. What ? This is a breach of contract , illegal, fraud , & I'm over warranty . They Re crazy , I discern . I call corporate office & go ballistic on some woman I ended up hanging up on . I sent my formal complaint to BBB . They told BBB the same thing! This is outrageous ... But hey it gets better...... About 2 weeks later , my attorney is now writing them a letter. I go I go to the computer . The porn is gone and so are the breast. What ? Trust me , I looked . Then , I don't know for sure but I did something like click on her email & found another couple who had her name all over their 6 year computer.

I have no doubt this will get juicy as time goes by . No , I sure don't want another TOSHIBA EFFIN COMPUTER.. I want my $$$$$$ refunded . This is a big global corporation that has to be held accountable. Who else have they sold refurbished , stolen whatever computers to?? I'm not a rich person . I'm a artist . I chose this because it was recommended . Honestly , it sucks !! The resolution is pixels blown up blurry . I have no use for it . I'm pissed off & I will go to all court & prove this . If you have had this happen , join in the choir !!! Lets get these bad guys . THIS IS A HUGE RIPOFF!
