Tow Pro Towing Service Cottons Tow Pro Towing Service Charged $475.00 to tow a truck 16 miles Nashville Tennessee
They charged me $475.00 to tow a truck 16 miles. The said they told the driver, but then they turned around and called the owner for his credit card but did not tell him what the charges were.
We have never paid more than $175.00 and when I called to ask them for a refund they said the price was quoted. When I told them that the owner was not told what the price was, they pretty much said oh well! That comes to $29.70 a mile!!
This is a total rip off and they do not care. They got their money and that is all they care about. This charge is totally outrages.
