Toy poodle rescue of dover mass. Susan, tried her best to find a flaw in my application, and everything she brought to my attention I clarified, but she still denied me adopting a dog. And she said it was up to her wether to give me a dog or not and she chooses not to. There was nothing wrong with my application. I felt as if she wants to keep the dogs for herself.
