Toyland Express Beware, Does Not Want to Honor Her Own Contracts Dike Texas
This breeder sold a dog to us for reduced rate due to the fact she was having a hard time selling and had many pups. She stated in the contract that she would sell for the reduced rate. Additional terms written by her in the contract drawn up by her states the following: "Female pick of the litter from first litter. Second if first litter doesn't produce one."
Now since one of the males from this first litter of 3 males and 2 females is a rare color she is stating that its normal policy for a breeder to get pick of the litter and she wants the male. Doesn't the signed contract for a female still stand since there are two females of this litter even though she's saying that she already has females the same color as our litter? I have her emails as proof.
Now she is attempting defamation of character on her website and through emails. Rhonda Falls, I have saved your links page and I will be contacting an attorney provided by my work tomorrow, with the email, website page and binding contract. The wording in your email mirrors that of your links page and since you stated in your email "And since you did not get a black I don't want a black. It's not my fault that there were no female parti or chocolate as it is not yours, but I don't have to accept a black puppy to fulfill the deal." I'm taking it that you are forfeiting ANY reimbursement by the additional terms of the contract for the reduced rate charged for the dog.

Due to a misunderstanding this report was filed and I am attempting to have it removed. All terms of the original agreement were eventually met, and we continue to do business with Toyland to this day and will well into the future. Toyloand has one of the best records most high quality schnauzers available and is the only stud provider we use, or would reccommend.
