Toyota Rav 4 Toyota is ripping Americans off by selling Rav 4s Morristown, Tennessee
I urge all Americans to please do not purchase Rav 4 Suv's from the Toyota Company. The Rav 4's will only make it 75,000 miles or a little more before the ECM and the transmission both go out on this vehicle. The average repair cost is over $5,000.00. The Rav 4 will not even be paid off before these failures happen. The Toyota company will not recall these Rav 4 Suvs because there are hundreds if not thousands of complaints concerning the exact same issues. If you have a Toyota Rav 4 and are experiencing major repair issues I urge you to please search the internet and make sure your story is heard. I have been in contact with several people that own Toyota Rav 4 Suvs and they all have the same story as mine.
All of these Suvs are defective. Toyota has helped none of these Americans with these very common issues. Toyota has been aware of these issues since 2006 and still they are not trying to correct the problems. They will certainly though take our money to repair these problems and will will not take any responsibility for them. There have been several hundred complaints already filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Still Toyota remains silent and has no concern for what there faithful customers are going thru. Once again I urge you to do not purchase a Toyota Rav 4 because Toyota will not stand behind their products.

2004 regarding their sales tactics, & other important information. The CEO of Toyota Corporation, Mr. Funo, was alerted. The woman in charge of Toyota's National Consumer Complaints, Elaine Matsuda, was alerted too. The MAINSTREAM MEDIA was alerted! (NBC & CBS National). They were even alerted about the 'potential' COLLAPSE of the U.S. economy, & the 'potential' CRASH of the stock market!! And it HAPPENED, didn't it?
GUESS WHAT?
*NO ONE F*CKING CARES IN THIS COUNTRY ANYMORE!!!!!!!!
That's WHY we're COLLAPSING!

I spoke with the Toyota Headqarters today and of course they were of no assistance whatsoever. They denied that there was even a problem with the Rav 4. I was also informed that the President of the company was too good to take customer calls but I am certain that he is not too good to take our money when we spend it on Toyota's defective vehicles.

allow law suits to be filed against them, rather than doing what's RIGHT, & fixing the problems that consumers have with a product, like an automobile. Think about it, Toyota has lawyers who will represent them, correct? If YOU have to get a lawyer in a case like this, YOU would have to give that lawyer a retainer, correct? Toyota knows that most consumers who are in a situation like this DO NOT have the money, or the time to hire a lawyer and battle it out in the courts.
Here's another example: There are MANY complaints at the consumeraffairs website about DEFECTIVE AIRBAGS in Toyota vehicles. If you 'Google' this- ENGINE SLUDGE, you can go to that site about 'Toyota Engine Problems' and click on 'Airbags' and read all of these complaints. Toyota, & their lawyers know that most people don't have the resources to file lawsuits. They'll wait for a potential 'class-action' suit, like the one entitled- 'BALTIMORE v TOYOTA', and then Toyota may settle the suit for a sum that's nowhere near the actual damages that were incurred by the ones who were financially injured.
Think about it- if Toyota had to pay for EVERY Toyota vehicle in the USA to be looked at for a potential DEFECTIVE AIRBAG, and then REPLACE the defective airbags and also pay their dealers for the labor, it COULD cost well into the BILLIONS, & even TENS of BILLIONS of dollars, correct? The same thing goes with their DEFECTIVE ENGINES & other defective parts. Toyota's poor quality, defective engines, & defective safety equipment could literally cost the corporation $100 BILLION or more, wouldn't you agree? That's WHY Toyota would rather have consumers file individual law suits, & even 'class-action' lawsuits to keep the costs down.
It's that simple!
Toyota, & their LAWYERS will deny the claims and wait for you to sue them. They KNOW that most consumers won't bother doing so because most consumers DON'T HAVE THE MONEY or the time!

'Google' this- SEXUAL HARASSMENT TOYOTA, and read it.
'Google' this- BALTIMORE SETTLEMENT CALIFORNIA TOYOTA, and read how Toyota was sued in a class action lawsuit by African Americans & Hispanic customers who were charged higher interest rates on their car loans due to their RACE, & their inability to fully comprehend the English language.
'Google' this- YOUTUBE TOYOTA SEQUOIA DEFECT, and watch that video. Pay attention to what is stated in that video too!!!! Toyota neglected to alert their customers about this defect until consumers kept speaking out, right?!
*Toyota Corporation, & its dealer network are NOT what the public is being led to believe! The only thing Toyota really has going for it is its advertising. (which is a LIE, wouldn't you now agree?)
