Read the other reports. Exact same thing. Said they needed $500 up front to do the loan mod, then another $3500 to get in the program, nothing, after 1 1/2 years still fighting with them. They even sent an email stating that my refund was being processed, to send them a registered letter and they would refund in 60 days...still waiting.
Liars, scam artist. Bob O'connor says he has nothing bad to say about Trace Financial. Working with Attorney Generals Office - some day they will get what is coming to them and I am going to be the first in line to see it!
Do NOT give these people a dime - you will never see it again!
