I find it hard to believe that you made money or got all of your orders filled, and I defintely don't believe that your downline also made money as well. First of all, he did not produce enough orders or fill the matrix with enough people to pay you more than a few dollars at best. What good does it do to have a order filled if you can't make any money on it. It is worthless, just like this opportunity and his new one he is launching. Pinoy Recruiters went belly up. Tracy Davison is a scam artist and a master manipulator. He has now changed the name of this program to Success Assurance to be the recruiting arm for his new scam which is 60 SmartZone. All of these programs by Tracy Davison are scams when people get hip to his game or in this case he runs out of funds to support the current business,he will re-launch with a new brand. This is the 2nd program in less than a year and the large majority of people signed up have not made amy money and will not. He is currently in soft launch for the new business and can barely get anyone, but the losers that continue to follow him and the new people who are totally in the blind about his business and will have to see for themselves that he never produces anything or does anything he says. He is a dreamer and wants you to fund his dreams with your money.

like many, I ordered in august 2013, and it is almost august 2014!!! How long will it take for this to be considered a scam?! Now you guys are talking about your new 60 second business opportunity or whatever it is, and tracy has even said that it MAY be a possibility that continuining with penny matrix will not be possible. SO what will happen to all those people who send thousands and thousands of dollars for penny matrix sign ups and dont want to transfer them to the new biz opp?!?! You should seriously just start making refunds possible. I DONT GET IT. If I paid for 100 PM sign ups, and it's been almost a year and I have not received them, why on earth can't I get a refund?!?! Do you not have that money anymore, or are you using it to fund your new pyramid scheme?

Tracy Davison, IS NOT a scam nor fraud nor con artists, when members signed up they were told their paid signups will not be filled instantly. The paid signups are filled by having agents register new people and then the prospects sign ups. The orders are filled in order received and paid. No one has ripped off anyone, the clients who paid for their order it is still on the orders page. If a client did not pay for their order then it was probably removed. Some members had more than enough time to pay. We have asked people when they did purchase their order and their name and they either get upset or do not say anything and disconnect the call or conversation. If you know in your mind you paid for an order and we are trying to track it, why would you disconnect from the conversation. No one can prove they was ripped off, NO ONE.

 If this was the case, then the company would have been shut down a long time ago, the company is still active, by the way, the company is registered in the United States of America. Because, to do business in US, must be registered, or if you are not registered then something is wrong. Members have traveled to the Philippines and have met Tracy Davison in person.

Tracy has invested his money in his company to give others tools for succeeding in network marketing. Do not forget, the Paid signups are like a supplement to aid you with the business, this does not mean you should sit there and do nothing, which is not good network marketing skills, those who wish to sit there and never get involved in their business will have problems.

Network marketing is like a job, it is just you have more freedom than the regular corporate job, you still must work.

Furthermore, Tracy Davison has been spending money on feeding the less fortunate and giving to those on the street with his own money. He has been active with those less fortunate, not like many other rich founders who prefer to sell you books, videos and their life story; disappear and run to their next station and repeat the same process. Thousands of millions are still joining Tracy Davison’s programs.

What happened to Zeek Rewards it not Tracy’s fault. Tracy does not own Zeek Rewards, he was member like everyone else and he was victimized too. It is a shamed that the owner of Zeek Rewards did that and many members lost in this program. Once again, Tracy Davison IS NOT the owner of Zeek Rewards.

It is time to stop blaming others for personal failures and work together. Another thing, there is no such thing as “How long will it take?” in network marketing. Dear Ripoff Management.

I am a employee of Mr Tracy Davison, I met him through Penny Matrix, the company which the person below is trying to say Tracy has Ripped him off.  Firstly Penny Matrix had issues with there servers needing updated, as Tracy & his team at Pinoy Recruiters were bringing in signups continually.  I do know the other accusations about Tracy scamming people in ZEEK REWARDS, this was not his company he was also a employee, NOT a employer.  He also lost a lot of money there too.  So Please get your facts straight!!

If this person could do his homework properley instead of opening his mouth and letting wind out, that would be a great help.

Tracy has shown us every single step that he has taken, it is Mike Dodd who owns Penny Matrix, also bare in mind you do have to do your own leg work, and not just sit back and wait on someone else.  The signups were and are coming in thick and fast from Tracy and his team. 

People were waiting longer than Tracy anticipated for signups simply because Penny Matrix could not handle the large influx of people coming in. He states he has been waiting since August 2013, I know, if Penny Matrix's servers were needing upgraded, then Tracy and his team can't go through the process of putting people into the matrix.

As for him not being able to contact Tracy Davison, I know for a fact if he can't speak to you then a member of his team certainly would take great pleasure in answering fair questions.

As for the statement about Tracy's Facebook page not excepting LIKES? another load of rubbish, anyone can go onto his page and see for themselves, & a memeber of his team will most certainly speak with them.

The report about Tracy Davison being a scammer in business, is certainly not true.

If this person who has filed this noincence cares to do further research before bumping his gums, Tracy Davison was NOT the owner of ZEEK REWARDS, He did actually lose lots of money too, before the company folded.

As for Penny Matrix, once again chum do your homework, it isn't Tracy Davison who is holding the proceedings back for this, it is actually Mike Dodd and his team @ PM.

He has never blamed his workers for the slow start, if you had even bothered to contact someone concerning this matter, he took full responsability for slow start, but baring in mind, PM had problems of there own with servers not able to hold the amount of New People coming into PM through Tracy Davsion, and of course if you had even tried to work your business for yuorself as others are doing quite successfully, you would be in the money. Get your facts straight in every avenue before spewing this rubbish out.

I bought paid sign ups in August 2013. I recently lost my job, and send 1000 USD to Pinoy Recruiters for 'paid sign ups'. (I haven't received them, and am no longer associated with PR) In hindsight, I realize it was an irrational decision and I take responsibility for it. What I regret more than sending money, was the valuable time I lost, and my lowered credibility with family and friends.

After observing his FB wall and viewing his videos for a while, the whole thing has a VERY cult like feel to me. I'm concerned with people putting too much faith in this, losing time and money. I get that 'entrepreneurial-type' pursuits are always risky, both time and money wise. But the cult like nature of this operation can persuade desperate people with clouded judgment to send money they can't afford to lose, and lose valuable time focusing and contributing to "Tracy's Big Idea".

I hope people who are reading these comments for research before placing an order with PR think critically before making any decisons based on emotions. If you have spare cash you won't miss ... maybe the whole thing will be a huge success. I have no idea =/

I have had exceptuional success with Pinoy Recruiters. I and my associates have purchase over 5,600 orders with a total of 600 of that total completed with fulfilled sign-up orders and as a result I have over 600 added to my Penny Matrix along with dozons and dozons of others that have joined my organization freely just to experience spill-over. 

I am a bit cconfused and saddened about some of the comments here... Pinoy Recruiters pays EMPLOYEES to recruit positions in Penny Matrix and his other ventures. That is not a ponzi scheme. The funds I provided to Pinoy Recruiters went to pay the employees that recruit and to pay for overhead and operational expenses. Totally ligitimate business. I have personnally been there and seen with my own eyes.

Again... I have been to the Philippines and have seen the operations first hand. I and my teams have paid well over 5 firgures for our posiitons. We see delys but are not concerned with the operation for with Tracy's integrity! He has experienced significnat betrayal in his renks, severe banking probles and disruptions from service providers that have caused the problems he is experiencing.

I suggest that if you have invested more than me and my team (which you have not) then maybe you might have a concern. I, for one, do not! I have seen some significnat growing pains of the organization and urge participants here it get involved in the ssolutions instead of the complaining about the problems that were out of Tracy's control.

Tracy's fulfillment has definately taken longer than anticipated! And, I and my assocites still have 5,000 more orders in que to be fulfilled. Howver, I have had no negative experiences with this firm and they have always done what they said  they were goin to do (short of more timely order fulfillment). All be it has taken longer than anticipated due to the theft and betrayal of those he has trusted, he will continue to fulfill on his obligations.

It does NOT matter that Tracy Davidson is FINALLY fulfilling SOME orders, or how fast this is happening. The important point is HE IS RUNNING A PONZI SCHEME!!

By this I mean that the money I and many others paid into this PONZI SCHEME was NOT used to buy signups!!

What happened to the money we paid earlier LAST year - going back to at least APRIL?!?

It was NOT used to get signups or, OBVIOUSLY, those who paid for signups LAST YEAR would have them by now.

NOW he will have to use NEW money to pay the salaries of those who are actually getting signups.

AND those new signups are ALSO ordering signups - so he has plenty of PONZI SCHEME fraud money to keep him going, for now...

 I've been told he spent that money hiring, training and HOUSING his "team" - not ONE signup was delivered while Tracy Davidson was building his "team". 

I can't verify this - who knows what Tracy did with the money for a fact? ONLY HIM! BUT since NO ONE got their signups during this "team building" period, they were obviously NOT spent DIRECTLY on getting the paid signups people paid for.

THIS IS FRAUD - and I know FOR A FACT, that at least ONE "Pinoy Recruiter" quit this job for that reason alone.

 So it does NOT matter that "speed is picking up". THIS IS A PONZI SCHEME!! He will NEVER fulfill all these orders and NEW orders being placed as new signups are produced.

Large numbers of people WILL be left "holding the bag" as this is a PONZI SCHEME, and that's how PONZI SCHEMES work! SOME people will get what they paid for but the overwhelmingly large majority will NOT!

 Sooo Tracy Davidson gives NO GUARANTEE and NO REFUND once he gets his paws on YOUR MONEY!

Even WORSE, in his video he explains he will fulfill the orders for signups NOT in order but ON HIS WHIM!!

HE will decide who gets what signup and when! All this is explained in his "Pow-wow" videos - though you can bet he will take down any incriminating vids when necessary.

This is 100% PROOF OF A PONZI SCHEME!!!

Pinoy Recruiters has a serious problem.  Many in my network has purchased and not recieved thier promised signups.  Furthermore, I happen to know several of the recruiters who left Pinoy Recruiters becuase they were not being paid their salary. 

If this poster has not received the promised signups, well then that poster has a right to post about it.  Not one of Tracy Davisons people should be try to refute his actual claim.  Especially when there are thousands of others with the very same issues. 

Here are the Facts:

Pinoy Recruiters sold more signups than they can deliver.

Pinoy Recruiters continued to sell these packages when they did not even have enough recuiters to fill the orders.

Many of Pinoy Recruiters customers have been waiting since the summer for their orders to be filled.

And....

Many Pinoy Recuiters senior level people left the company and so has many of it's employess stemming from these issues.

I am just on to say I have never know a more Genuine Gentleman than Tracy Davison. He has given so much to so many people, his advice and knowaledge, are second to none.  If you believe that Tracy is a fraud then why has so many people arond the world BENEFITED already from Tracy's hard work??

The facts are I paid money for signups and Tracy Davidson has not delivered. He can not refund my money because he has OBVIOUSLY spent it on something OTHER than delivering these signups. This is called a Ponzi scheme - incoming money is NOT spent on the purchased product but is diverted elsewhere and thus no longer available.

Since the money is no longer available he will have to use NEW (incoming) money to pay his "recruiters" to continue working for him. You can NOT contact Tracy Davidson by Facebook or ANY other method - unless you work for him or know him personally. These are the "facts"It has nothing to do with patience!
