Trafficcircuit after paying trafficciruit for country targeted traffic I contacted them to change the plan and never heard from them Ripoff Internet
on december 26 I ordered country targeted traffic from trafficciruit and upon realizing I checked the wrong country tageted traffic I emailed support to change the target to the correct one. at this point they had sent 167 hits to my website out of the 100,000 I purchased for $259 dollars. my mistake, but how much trouble could it be to change this.
well after emailing them 2 or 3 times I never got a response but the traffic I was getting to the wrong targeted country was abrubtly halted so I was not recieving any traffic at all.
again I tried to contact them using their online chat service but everytime when it read someone from support was online to chat I kept getting a new screen stating no one was online to chat and to please use their contact message board, which I did 2 or 3 more times to no avail I never heard heard from them. so I contacted sales to get a response again no answer to my inquiry.
do not use trafficcircuit I warn you these people are a problem. and I see now why they no longer have an account with paypal who use to be their payment gateway. thru paypal you were able to lodge a complaint against them and get your money back or get what you paid them for which they did'nt like I expect.
now if you use your debit card. credit card, or echeck you are at risk of getting ripped off. they don't have to respond to your emails because they already have your money and the chances of you recovering your loss thru the credit card company is nil!
