Traffic Gigolos (http://www.trafficgigolos.com) is an online adult webmaster affiliate program. I recently started promoting them, as this is my lively hood, made $400 the first week at $30 per sale. While staying in touch with a close friend we both noticed something very fishy, they were subtracting sales, which they do not readily disclaim. I sucked it up and figured ok, it's just $30, I'll deal with it. Then my sales started going to $20 per sale. They would not respond to me via AIM, email, anything. My friend was able to talk to one of them and they said they had to lower all affiliates pay to $20 (no notice whatsoever).
I figured, ok, well I still will get paid, why would they even do that if they weren't going to pay. I waited, and waited. Tried to contact them via ALL of their email addresses and AIM screennames (some of which had responded to me when I first started) but they just stopped answering me.
I was told by someone that knows them or about them that they were not going to pay affiliates and to not hold my breath. But that they did not go under, they are actually doing well with other ventures under the same company, and very well could pay us affiliates, who were counting on them to pay our bills. I have tried and tried and tried to contact them with no response.
I have taken screenshots of my stats and payment status. The pay period for which I used them ended on March 31st, it is now May 5th and no one I know has been paid nor can anyone get a response from them. To smaller affiliates like me this was a blow, I was unable to pay my rent on time, and it completely threw me off. Other affiliates have been burned for thousands.
All I want is to get paid, I did not work hard for a week for nothing, and they didn't even have the decency to warn anyone, inform anyone, or much less even respond to anyone. But yet they continue to make money and conduct business, ripping people off.

They have caused myself and a lot of other people a lot of financial trouble and continue to brazenly ignore everyone while raking in the cash from other ventures and keeping their business operational. All I want is to get paid, and I feel a class action lawsuit could be worth it for all affiliates that have not been paid combined. This can in no way be legal, and the fact that they knew they would not be paying and continued to let us work is despicable.
