Training & AfterCare Center ripped off and scammed ripoff waste of time Akron Alabama
I responded to an ad in the local paper, wanting envelope stuffers. They said to send $25.00 along with a SASE to Sandy McRae, at p.o.box.249, Savage Mn. The $25 was to be returned upon your first envelope stuffing payment. This would eliminate people who were not serious about going to work for them. So I responded with the $25. I then received a letter asking me to submit $1.00 for their instruction material. This was for handling and postage. I then received a work application form, to be filled out.
They specified that no one under 18 could sign the form. But there was no place for anyone to sign the form. I has also requested a phone no. where I could contact a person, instead of a recording. This I did not receive. But the address had changed to a PO bx. 312 Akron Al. 35441. I have photo copied all papers that they have sent, and that I have sent. Including the 25.00 money order. The 2 persons mentioned in their paper work, is also John Craig, and Robert Hancok.
Now I have checked these 2 names, and there are no phone listings for them or their company, in Akron. Akron is a town of 521 people, at the last census. I am going to stay with this, until they can be put out of the bussiness of scamming people, or are caught. There is a Sandra McRae, that lives in Savage Mn. Her and her husband are listed in the local phone directory. Now if SHE is actually involved, or her name was just used to get a po box, this I don't know, but I do intend to find out.
