TRANSOUTH, ARCADIA, CITIGROUP rip-off! They're not responding. They've stopped taking checks over the phone. HACKENSACK New Jersey
IN 1999 I purchased a new truck from my local dealership. I went though transouth for loan. The loan was for five years, so every month every month the same time made my loan payment to the same office and talk to the same girl.
I used to get a thank you and talk to you next month.
Back in 11/2004 when i called to make my monthly payment so new person took my account and told me that they would no longer take my payments over the phone, (now remenber that i have paid 48 months on time every month). They told me that I had to mail payments to carol stream ?. the first payment went to that place' next month a got a letter to mail my payment to texas?. the next month got a letter to mail my payment to south Hackensack NJ. When I requested a copy of my loan history they simply would not respond.
Sent a dozen e mail and all i got back was a phone number, so when i called a got some, sub human on the other end who's first three words would have gotten him shot down this way.
When I sent 3 certified letters requesting a copy of my payment they were all sign bye cictcorp. in the mean time time i sending money they keep cashing checks with no responds they keep sending me notice that no payments have been made and there is repo order issued. There has to be someone with some advice? on to to deal with this corperation.
