Travel Corp Getaways they took my money, didn't provide services at all, could not get a live person to return call. Internet
we sent a check to them over a month before our scheduled trip, which they quickly cashed. we never heard anything from them about the dates we wanted for our vacation. I emailed them since we could not get anyone there to call us back after leaving 3-4 messages. A week later, i get a response that they can't get us the scheduled time we wanted.
We had alternate dates, but they didn't say if we got those dates either. I told them I thought the fact that they would not respond to me by phone was not very professional. i couldn't even get a name on the email just "reservation department". I asked that a supervisor contact me about my complaint.
I didnt want to communicate via email. not only did they not call me back, they then threatened me with their "legal team"????? really??-this company is a joke, I am reading complaint after complaint of people experiencing the same thing. no one human will respond to you. it seems they only do business through email.
I don't even want the alterante dates, just my money back! i have the cashed check, but no vacation!!!!!!
