Travelbridge fraudulent ripoff business Scottsdale Arizona
My husband and I purchased a Travelbridge Membership in 2000 after sitting through one of their presentations at their Tucson office. Like others who have filed complaints we are very disappointed in Travelbridge.
We paid $4995 and were told that we would have extremely good discounts on air, cruises, tours, etc. Like others I am here to report that the discounts and prices are no different than what can be obtained on the net, through AAA, and through other good travel agents. We began to take classes as recommended and did obtain some good info on booking travel. The initial instructor was excellent than the quality of the instructors went rapidly downhill.
My husband had a life threatening health problem as well as a work schedule which prevented us from attending classes for a while. We were just about to resume classes when we were informed that the Tucson office would be closing. Upon receiving this information I e-mailed Travelbridge to inquire about our unfinished classes and to see how we could complete them.
Travelbridge did not have the decency to even respond even though they received $4995 from us for their services. I hope if there is any kind of pending lawsuit against Travelbridge I will be informed. Thanks!
