You are stating that travelocity "Overcharged you" $19 because the hotel had a lower rate. I've been in travel for a bit, and this is my take on this. Different rates are based on different contracts that the various wholesalers have. Travelocity maybe able to get the rate for the cost the hotel adv you, and the price might be higher either due to commission that is to be received, or the fact that when you got to the hotel they have a lower rate for check in on that day. Travelocity doesn't owe you anything. You booked w/ them, and accepted the rate that they gave you. Why should they have to refund you anything because when you got to the hotel, they had a lower price? Travelocity DOES have a guarantee that if you find a price lower w/in 24 hours i believe, they will refund you the difference. I don't believe that you are owed, anything.
