I was contracted to perform work at a Citi Data Center located in Roanoke, Texas, by a Christine Littlejohn from a company called Trextel. The recruitment came from an internet site called "Workforce," and included troubleshooting a non connect router. I performed the work requested, and some. I spent time off record with one of Citi's internal personnel, performed loopback tests, traced cabling and generally troubleshot a non-connect between two telco's and a router in the data center. On request of the engineer Anoop Nair from Virtela I supplyed my laptop, my mobile data connection and a console cable to the router in question. This company used my connection for well over 4 1/2 hours constant. We were able to resolve the issue with one of the telco connections but after eliminating all other possibilities we determined that the 2nd telco had a problem in it's connection and they would need to resolve it. During my visit to this secure area I was dictated that NO pictures could be taken. However, Anoop required a picture so I took one on the sly and emailed it to him. Not proud of doing the sneak thing just stating a fact. In the last half hour of the visit when I realized that the assignment was almost over from my point of view I had the local contact sign a sheet supplied to me by the contractor, Trextel, that stated on it '...customer signature required..." and left the assignment. Turns out that Trextel has ANOTHER sign off sheet that they now say was required to be signed for me to get paid for my time and work. Even though I uploaded a copy of the sogn-off sheet that said it needed a signature and I even uploaded the purlioned picture I had taken of the data rack. There is no doubt the work was done. They know it and I know it. They want to play a silly game when it comes to pay that involves multiple sign-off sheets. Not enough that I get the person to take the time to sign ONE but now I needed to have him sign another that I was unaware of and which DOES NOT state that it requires a customer signature. Well, the companies of Trextel, Virtela and Citi are all going to be involved now. I will file this complaint, one with the BBB for all 3 companies and after a careful corporate record search I willl get to the right Citi individual responsible for allowing these fraudsters to operate. Beware. They will rip you off.

I too have done work for Trextel and I haven't had any issues until the last 3 months. I have preformed 20 plus Wilson pro installs from Michigan to Texas and never had any issues until a lady named Meagan Graellos started running the project. She refused to respond u less she is attacking your creditability or work preformed and plays that paper game as to why she won't pay. I completed a job at which there support didn't record the visit nor did he follow protocol.

My visit was confirmed by the store managers my deliverables and call log and even with all that I was told until they get there affairs in order and this issues I went to fix although with out there support couldn't complete properly I was not getting paid although I completed the job the best I could without support help..... So even though I did my job with proof they didn't do their job so I can't get paid.
