Here what happen to me at first things started out fine then I became a victim of a check fraud sceam I immediatly them know what happen and that I will have to spilt my payments in half and pay every two weeks instead of monthly,this way I could pay my car with out it laping 30days befor a payment theyso okay just get caught up I said I cant until the bank it paid in full, and I file a lawsuit against that comany, they did'nt say anything, or send me any correspondence either, I did,t see any late charges until recently and all this happen in january/february of this year. my car got reposse on sep 30 and sold oct the 11, I_'m trying to find out about any Class action Law suits so that I can join in on for this Company . Triad was not very nice towards me either they were rude all the time. it was hard to deal with them, they won't work with you and they lie .

The OP has no INTELLIGENT rebuttal so its the "you must work for them" BS. Perhaps instead of spending any more money on any car, you should rent a third grader to teach you grammar, spelling, basic srntence structure and punctuation. Your very obvious lack of literacy is coming thru loud and clear!

On exactly what grounds do you want to sue them for?
The fact that you were a victim in check fraud is unfortunate. I can guess that it had something to do with you receiving a check from someone you don't know who said to cash it and send them money back through Western Union. But this does not remove your obligation to your other bills.
Now, you said that this happened in January/February yet you didn't see any late charges until recently. Then they did not Repo your car until September 30th, at least 7 months after this happened to you. So just how is giving you 7 months to get caught up not working with you? How long do you think they should have given you to get "caught up"?
