Triad Media/Hosting Changed DNS setting now website off google! Internet
I joined Triad Media and it did cost a lot of money. I do not have any complaints about their mentoring service other than it did not last long enough to learn all there was to learn. I picked out a domain name and registered it through them. Later I changed hosting from them to another hosting company and had my DNS settings changed to the new host. Last Friday for some reason.....who knows why, my DNS settings were changed (which had to be changed on Triad Media's side because there is no domain control panel) Now my website is no longer on Google/Internet and I have tried everything to contact them. All of my sent emails bounced back and on search none of Triad's address will come up (they come up as no such address) Now I am wondering how to get my DNS settings changed back to my original host if I can not find a way to contact them. In the mean time my website is non-existent.
