Triclear took many months to respond here, they only responded after I sent a complaint to BBB. They lied in their emails, they are lying in their rebuttal, they never send you any information on time so that you won't be charged the 70.00. I called and called and called the customer service was rude got very defensive and that says to me that they know they are scam and take peoples money for a terrible product. The product is something you can buy for 10.00 at the drug store- DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT! FILE COMPLAINTS TO WHO EVER WILL TAKE THE COMPLAINTS. Even if BBB is paid off at least they will have the complaints for the public to see. Cancel you credit card to make sure they can not charge any more fraudulant charges because they will. Have the credit card company issue you a new card.

Box 1699 Suisun City, CA 94585 Dear Marie, When a free trial of TriClear is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with TriClear the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed. Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund.
