Box 1699 Suisun City, CA 94585 Dear Kari, When a free trial of TriClear is ordered, we offer 2 weeks (after delivery) to decide whether the customer would like to keep the order before accounts are billed. If during the 2 week trial period it is decided not to continue with TriClear the customer would need to contact us via our toll free number or the internet to cancel the subscription. This information is explained in the Terms and Conditions which are outlined at the time of order placement. We also have a check box that must be filled out stating the customer had read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions before the order could be processed. Please contact our customer service department to cancel your subscription and return the product for a refund.
